Richies Training Center (“RTC”, “we”, “us”) operates the RTC Members App. This policy explains how we collect and use your information.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following when you use the app:

    • Full name

    • Email address

    • Phone number

    • Date of birth

    • Gender

    • Court booking details

    • Payment history

    • Training progress and coach notes

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

    • Manage your membership and plan

    • Process court bookings

    • Track training progress and performance

    • Send payment reminders and notifications

    • Communicate announcements from your coach

4. Data Storage

All data is securely stored using Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with any third party. Your data is only accessible to RTC admin and coaching staff.

6. Payments

Payments are processed directly via UPI. We do not store any payment card details. UPI transaction references are stored for record keeping only.

7. Notifications

We send push notifications for:

    • Court booking confirmations

    • Payment reminders

    • Coach announcements

    • Monthly progress reports

You can disable notifications from your phone settings at any time.

8. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as you are an active member of RTC. Upon membership termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days upon request.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our app is used by members of all ages under coach supervision. We do not knowingly collect data from children without parental consent. Parents may contact us to request data deletion.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

    • Access your personal data

    • Request correction of incorrect data

    • Request deletion of your data

    • Opt out of notifications
